Who knew that watching a live VO session at the age of 18 would start a fire to pursue this crazy career? Well Linda did! She has accomplished a lot since then from voicing national promos and commercials, to creating funny character voices to messaging.
Her voice is heard daily on Television, Radio, and multimedia formats all over the world. Currently she is the voice of HSN – Home Shopping Network, Disney Jr for South East Asia, Fandango, The Weather Channel as well as the voice of “Alex” for United Airlines’ website. She has a top of the line studio with Sennheiser 416 Mic, Pro Tool, Source Connect and Telos Zephyr for ISDN sessions. Linda’s voice has been described as the perfect mix…appealing to male and female demographics with an original twist on the girl next door or young mom. She specializes in retail and auto dealer projects but can do just about anything! With so much diversity and talent Linda is truly a renaissance woman! She’s perfect for commercials, promos, auto dealers projects, messaging, animation and more.
“I like to think of myself as a Renaissance voice talent, since I just love to do all sorts of genres. From promos to character voices to straight up narrations, it’s all fun to me. I feel blessed that I can act out behind a microphone and not have my mom tell me to “Pipe down” anymore. When I started out in Miami, learning from my mentor Connie Zimet, I knew voiceovers was something I’d always love. And no matter what other jobs I held, using my voice would always tug at my heart strings and I knew that I’d always regret it if I didn’t give it a shot. So off to New York I went, back in 1997. I landed an agent within my first few weeks of being there and was thrown into the crazy auditioning world of Manhattan, with all it’s toughness and critics. It was a rough, learning period for me but one that I credit for giving me that thick skin which is so necessary in this business to survive. I cultivated my talent over the last 20 years to include several genres of voiceovers and I feel grateful to be able to do this full time. I’d love to be able to help you with your project!”
