It was my grade 3 teacher who first sat me in front of a microphone to record books on tape for the younger children. A life long career in broadcasting, production and full time voice over ensued!
How did you get into the business?
My first on air job was a small market radio station, spinning country music at night while going to high school during the day. As technology evolved, I tried to keep up.
What are some of your favorite projects?
I enjoy the story telling that comes with narrating TV shows. My voice on See No Evil on Investigation Discovery is one of their top rated shows two years running. I am currently voicing 5 different TV series at the moment. National commercials are always fun. Check out some recent work for Morgan Stanley on CBS and NBC:
Do you have a Voice Coach and why?
Over the years I have worked with voice coaches. Their guidance was truly invaluable. Helped me to ‘find myself’ lurking behind my voice.
